REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll coordinate and provide specialized rehab nursing care, complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support safe discharges.
