Maintenance worker

Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Worker for the 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the maintenance and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will help you thrive in this role and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Job Title: Maintenance worker 2nd Shift

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

Pay Range: $20-$24

Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems
• Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing tasks
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee repairs and maintenance activities
• Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed and move office furniture and equipment upon request

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
