Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house managers and team members while fostering a positive, service-focused culture.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, providing hands-on leadership during service and supporting both guests and staff.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance.
• Help recruit, train, and retain top talent while promoting accountability and professional growth.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest leaves with an outstanding impression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence.
