Responsibilities
Join a dynamic pediatric critical care team helping to grow a dedicated pediatric cardiac ICU at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist with significant training and/or experience in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care to help expand our Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care program. This is a unique opportunity to shape a rapidly growing service line in the newly launched Mary Bridge Heart Center and brand-new children's hospital that opened in May 2026.

Qualifications
Candidates must have completed the following training:
Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Critical Care
Additional Cardiology fellowship or minimum 1 year of training within the CICU
Candidates with no additional CICU training must have at least 5 years of working as an attending in CICU including the care of newborns with complex congenital heart disease.
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Base Pay): $### - $###
Other Types of Pay: Physician bonus incentive, relocation, and sign-on bonus.
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan's minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Team members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Sick Leave
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lump-sum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
