Surgical Technologist

Windham Hospital, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Surgical Technologist to support safe, high-quality care in our community-focused OR. In this role, you’ll prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile fields, manage instruments, and assist surgeons and nurses throughout procedures. You’ll follow strict infection prevention and safety protocols while anticipating team needs to promote efficient workflows. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered culture, you’ll see diverse surgical cases, benefit from professional development, and help deliver compassionate care to patients from across eastern Connecticut.
