UCHealth seeks RN Fellows for its Acute Care Surgery unit, offering a structured transition-to-practice program for new or early-career nurses. In this full-time role, you’ll provide direct, evidence-based care to surgical patients, supporting pre- and post-operative management, monitoring status, and coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the care team. Fellows receive robust classroom, simulation, and bedside precepted training while working in a collaborative, academic health system that values patient-first care, innovation, diversity, and professional growth.
