Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Stellar Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support residents in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this onsite role, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADL training, safety, and maximizing independence for seniors in assisted living and memory care. You’ll document progress, collaborate closely with nursing and care teams, and educate residents and families.
