Full job description
Our client, an industry leader in document management services, is seeking a Document Scanner to join their team. As a Document Scanner, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient document processing and data entry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Document Scanner
Location: Cranberry Township, PA
Pay Range: $20.50/hr
Shift: Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
What's the Job?
- Process and scan physical documents accurately and efficiently
- Organize and categorize scanned files for easy retrieval
- Maintain quality control to ensure high standards of scanned documents
- Operate scanning equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Assist with document handling and storage procedures
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in document processing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
