PruittHealth seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health services across the community. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborate with nurses, aides, and physicians to coordinate care, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
