Location: Willoughby, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $30–$60 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate + Profit Sharing
Earning Potential: $110,000–$130,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Perform complete vehicle repairs from diagnosis through final repair.
- Repair and service Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- Troubleshoot automotive electrical and mechanical systems efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity in a flat-rate environment.
- Utilize modern diagnostic technology to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
- Maintain professional workmanship and communicate repair needs as required.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous flat-rate production experience.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- ASE certifications are preferred.
- Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience is preferred.
