MANDATORY Minimum Company Truck Driver Requirements:

• Truck Driver must be at least 21 years of age
• Truck Driver must have at least 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
• Truck Driver must have at least 6 months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DOT reportable with receiving a citation that related to a fatality in the past 3 years
• No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
