Clinical Nurse Coordinator Emergency Room

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Room team. In this role, you will coordinate daily ER nursing operations while providing direct, high-quality patient care. You will oversee triage, support nursing staff, and ensure adherence to clinical, safety, and quality standards. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll help optimize patient flow, outcomes, and experience. You’ll also participate in staff education, mentoring, and process improvement in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with strong growth and learning opportunities.
