Full job description

Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting, based in Idaho Falls, ID, for a 36-week contract. Provides speech and language therapy, conducts evaluations, and develops individualized education plans. Earn up to $80 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting.

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress.

  • Maintain documentation and adhere to district policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent.

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license.

  • Fingerprinting clearance.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in school settings.

  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of current therapy techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to adhere to school district policies.

  • Ability to meet standard mobility requirements in school environments.
