Travel Plaza Cashier

Job Description:

The Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Job Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, providing product information as needed.
* Accurately operate a cash register and handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and loyalty programs.
* Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
* Scan and bag merchandise efficiently and carefully.
* Process fuel sales and understand different fuel types and payment options.
* Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
* Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and customer service counters clean and tidy.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
* Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
* Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Shift:

Dayshift, 2nd Shift and Nightshifts available

Pay:

$16+ per hour
