Clinical responsibilities are limited to inpatient care, with an average census of 2 patients and an average of 1 admission per day and 1 per night; no ICU responsibilities are required, and clinicians will not be expected to respond to codes. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and pediatric transport support is available from a nearby hospital. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required; NRP certification is required if the assignment exceeds 6 months.
