- Schedule: Clinic 8:00am - 5:00pm plus 24 hour beeper call, 7:00 am Friday - 7:00 am Monday
- Job Setting: Level 2 trauma center
- Types of Cases: Deliveries and Gynecology Surgeries.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Travel and lodging provided
- Must have an active Oregon License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
