Assistant Nurse Manager

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our busy Emergency Department. In this frontline leadership role, you will support daily ED operations, guide and mentor nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive emergency care for a diverse, underserved community. Responsibilities include staffing, patient flow coordination, quality and safety monitoring, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You will help drive health equity, promote continuous improvement, and foster a compassionate, mission-driven environment aligned with MLKCH values.
