Dialysis Registered Nurse

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater to provide high-quality, compassionate care for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease across multiple outpatient clinics. In this role, you will assess patients, administer dialysis treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. You will educate patients and families on treatment plans, support home dialysis initiatives, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt quickly to varying clinic needs while upholding our culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and teamwork.
