Sr Program Services Manager

Summary:

In this role, you will provide broad program leadership across the Assurance portfolio, translating strategy into execution across client programs, new solution launches, implementation, contracting, compliance, and emerging business priorities. You will connect cross-functional teams, drive execution, resolve operational gaps, and develop scalable processes that strengthen program performance and client value.

Responsibilities:

• Drive client enrollment, onboarding, participation, and compliance across Vizient Reserve programs, including pharmacy and new categories.
• Analyze client purchasing and participation data to identify compliance gaps, conversion opportunities, and recommended action plans.
• Support category launches, client expansion, and program adoption by coordinating with suppliers, field teams, contracting, sourcing, analytics, and marketing.
• Develop presentations, training, webinars, FAQs, talking points, and other program materials to educate clients and internal teams.
• Manage client and supplier inquiries, ordering challenges, product access, shortages, substitutions, allocations, and escalations.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, pipeline reports, compliance records, and performance metrics to monitor program execution.
• Support Reserve, Critical Supplies Management, and broader Assurance program execution, including data collection and automation initiatives.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services, category participation, and advisory work.
• Recommend improvements to program processes, tools, communications, and client experience to support scalability and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in healthcare or supply chain required.
• Ability to translate business needs into innovative, actionable plans and new service offerings that advance business objectives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience in a group purchasing organization (GPO) environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Position is Onsite Hybrid 3 days a week. Location Irving TX & Centennial CO.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
