Director of Nursing Services

Mercy is seeking a Nursing Director to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and drives evidence-based practice and compliance with regulatory standards. The Nursing Director will manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics while fostering a collaborative, compassionate culture. Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, implement quality and safety initiatives, and support staff development through mentoring, education, and change management across Mercy’s Midwest facilities.
