Injury Prevention Specialist

Fit For Work, a service of Harvard MedTech, seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist to deliver onsite and virtual workplace injury prevention, early intervention, and ergonomic services for diverse industries. In this field-based role, you will assess job tasks, perform ergonomic and musculoskeletal screenings, provide coaching and education, and recommend data-driven solutions to reduce injuries and workers’ compensation costs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support continuous learning, and help employers improve safety, productivity, and employee well-being nationwide.
