Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values clinical excellence, respect, and professional growth.
