  1st Shift 7am-3:30pm
  2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
  3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am

A leading worldwide dietary supplement manufacturer is seeking Manufacturing Technicians / Production Workers to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for overtime.

Work Environment

Employees will be exposed to:

• Dust, powders, and airborne particles
• Strong food odors
• Milk, soy, wheat, and nut ingredients

Job Responsibilities

• Perform startup procedures and inspections on manufacturing equipment
• Safely operate food-grade manufacturing machinery, including mixers, blenders, and other production equipment
• Read, understand, and follow work orders and production instructions
• Follow and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating properly
• Disassemble, clean, and maintain machinery using hand tools
• Perform thorough equipment sanitation, including washing and cleaning production equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support production goals while adhering to quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work overtime as needed
