TriStar Health in East Nashville seeks an experienced ER RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency care for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of acute and critical patients, administering medications, coordinating diagnostic tests, and collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The ER RN will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and support quality improvement initiatives while mentoring newer staff in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.
