This role ensures that the individual supported are provided with safe, high-quality, and person-centered care in their residential settings. The Site Supervisor’s primary duty is supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintaining regulatory compliance, training staff, managing labor hours, and ensuring that client needs and preferences are continuously met.
