Senior Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Material Handler to join their team. As a Senior Material Handler, you will be an integral part of the Materials department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Material Handler

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $27-$30 Hourly

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

• Investigate inventory variances through physical counts, transaction history, and process analysis.
• Perform problem counts to validate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Develop and implement countermeasures to reduce future inventory variances.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Receiving, and other departments to resolve inventory issues.
• Support water spider operations by ensuring production materials are delivered accurately and efficiently.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling.
• Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or similar.
