Exceptional Orthopedic Surgery opportunity just outside of Salem, Oregon with a growing, patient-focused system. Join a modern orthopedic program with advanced technology, low-volume call, a guaranteed $500K base, strong wRVU bonuses, generous PTO, and full benefits. Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000. wRVU-based production bonus. Low-volume ER trauma call - 1 in 4 weekends. 34 days (272 hours) of authorized time off per year. $3,000 CME allowance. Full coverage of licenses, professional dues, and board certification fees. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and retirement benefits. Relocation assistance + signing bonus available. General Orthopedic Surgery position with broad case mix. Ideal candidate has interest in adult or total joint reconstruction (hip, knee, shoulder) and sports medicine. Evidence-based, patient-centered practice philosophy. State-of-the-art facilities with on-site digital X-ray and advanced imaging. Modern ORs equipped for complex joint reconstruction and arthroscopy, including CORi Robotics. Supportive clinical team: Orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine, podiatry, 3 APCs, and 20+ support staff. Integrated EMR (EPIC) for seamless workflow.
