Full job description

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM with overtime on Fridays as needed

What's the Job?

  • Perform inductance testing of gapped parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Inspect custom products, distribution cores, and accessory items according to specifications
  • Review received products against work orders, drawings, and manufacturing instructions
  • Collaborate with management and production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

  • Manufacturing or production experience, with good mechanical aptitude
  • Basic math skills and ability to use measuring equipment
  • High school diploma or acceptable relevant experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team
  • PPE provided by the client.
