Role: Production Support / Operations Engineer
Industry: Healthcare / Medicaid
Location: Remote

  • MOVEit / MFT – Advanced

  • IBM DataStage & DB2

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production and application support for Medicaid systems.
  • Perform real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
  • Support MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems.
  • Manage production deployments and operational readiness.
  • Use Splunk and SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Develop SOPs and drive automation/continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business teams.

Experience:

  • Overall: 8+ years in Production/Application Support or IT Operations.
  • US Experience: 3+ years preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate:
Senior Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IBM DataPower, IIB, MOVEit, SQL, Splunk, Linux, and incident/RCA management .
