Covers 3 locations per day -- approx. 6 locations per week Total patient panel of 340 patients across 8 locations Multi-site facility coverage -- 8 locations throughout the week Patient population: ages 55 and older Chronic disease management required -- HTN, DM, CHF, COPD, CKD GI management required -- GERD, constipation, malnutrition, incontinence Geriatric post-acute care experience required Leave coverage -- 6-week assignment Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) retirement benefits offered Competitive compensation Paid malpractice insurance 24-hour access to your Weatherby Healthcare consultant and support team Covered transportation and housing expenses
