Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks a compassionate Rehab Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized rehab care plans, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and educating patients and families on recovery goals. The RN will monitor progress, ensure safety, and document care accurately while supporting a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement in a technologically advanced, acute care environment.
