We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic to work in our administrative services team. - Administratively support a department, by meeting the needs of both internal and external clients. Services are provided in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork.
- Accurately and efficiently format, proof, finalize and distribute Firm documents, adhering to the established guidelines and quality control methodologies and standards.
- Confirm completeness and accuracy of own work and check the work of others to confirm there are zero defects in order to minimize errors and redundancies.
- Monitor, prioritize and process workflow in a timely manner which includes updating metrics and other relevant departmental production information
- Understand and adhere to organizational and legal policies for quality, risk mitigation, confidentiality, and data privacy
- Assist with other administrative duties, including but not limited to office administration, partner support and other practice support areas as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service assistance experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work within a team environment
- Able to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and implement resolutions
- Basic knowledge of the Google Suite, Adobe
- OT expected on rotational shift
