Position Overview:

This position entails the reception and review of all electronic documents related to the Credit Union’s consumer loan origination and funding process, as well as the booking and distribution of consumer loan funds for loans originated by the Lending Contact Center. Additionally, this role offers support to the LCC lenders with regards to check distribution and disbursement issues.     

Responsibilities:

  • 30% Book consumer loans completed by the Lending Contact Center and disburse funds to member accounts via Margo Teller as needed.  
  • 25% Cut and mail physical checks for loan proceeds as directed by the originating lender.
  • 15% Upload eSigned member documents to OnBase.
  • 10% Scan and upload ink-signed documents to OnBase.
  • 10% Print and mail physical loan documents as requested by LCC Lenders.
  • 10% Answer phone calls and assist lenders via the Lending Contact Center Support queue.

Required Education & Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook.
  • Able to key data accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Credit Union's lending policies.
  • Familiarity with Margo Teller and Platform.

  • Sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Computer for prolonged periods.
