Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will deliver hands-on occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence and function. Responsibilities include assisting with individualized treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities and ADL retraining, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and career growth.
