Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Experience in a skilled nursing facility
* Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR

* 130-bed skilled nursing setting
* In-house therapy team model
* Expected productivity: 85%
