Full job description

Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care is seeking a Veterinary Tech to support our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. In this role, you’ll assist veterinarians with triage, exams, and procedures; place IV catheters; collect and process lab samples; monitor anesthesia and hospitalized patients; and operate advanced diagnostic equipment. You’ll communicate clearly with pet owners during stressful situations, maintain detailed medical records, and uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards.
