Operating Room Nurse Board Runner

TriStar Health is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Board Runner for our Women’s & Children’s services in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily OR schedules, ensure room readiness, and facilitate efficient patient flow for surgical cases. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to support safe, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include prioritizing cases, monitoring resources and staffing, overseeing instrument and supply needs, and supporting rapid decision-making. You’ll promote a culture of safety, communication, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and supporting quality outcomes for patients and families.
