Job Title: Package Operator

Location: New Holland, PA
Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift available
*must be open to overtime- going in early/staying late/weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr

Job Summary

Seeking a dependable Package Operator for a second‑shift opportunity. This role is responsible for packaging food products efficiently and accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment according to established procedures
• Package finished food products accurately and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
• Perform basic equipment checks and adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment

Work Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Overtime: Available and required as needed

• Temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming long‑term based on performance and business needs
