Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, patient and family education, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
