Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
- Ability to document skilled evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes per facility and state regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy or contract therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.
