Automotive Diagnostic Technician | Up to $165K+ | No Weekends
Auto Safety Center
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay Rate: $40–$57/hour Flat Rate
Pay Type: Flat Rate + Guaranteed Minimum Hours
Earning Potential: $100,000–$165,000+ annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Schedule: Semi-Monthly

Approximately 60% of the work is diagnostics, with technicians producing approximately 40–50 flagged hours per week in an air-conditioned shop.

About Auto Safety Center
Auto Safety Center is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join its team in Menomonee Falls, WI.
You'll diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles while handling advanced diagnostics, major mechanical repairs, and maintenance. Auto Safety Center invests in its technicians through modern equipment, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement as the company grows from four locations toward eleven.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and check engine light concerns
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex troubleshooting
- Complete engine replacements and major mechanical repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with engine replacements and major mechanical repairs
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
- Own professional automotive tools
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Strong B-Level Technicians with exceptional diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$57/hour flat rate
- Guaranteed minimum hours
- Estimated annual earning potential of $100,000–$165,000+
