Your New Role

• Act as primary machine operator amongst a crew of outdoor plumbing professionals

• Perform excavation work throughout Philadelphia, PA, and surrounding service areas

• Dig safely in tight, high-density urban environments with active gas, electrical, water, and sewer lines

• Support underground plumbing, sewer repair, drain, and excavation projects

• Assist with trenching, backfilling, grading, and job site preparation

• Complete equipment inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness

• Follow excavation safety procedures and company best practices

• Support crew coordination and communicate effectively with field leadership

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience operating a 4-stick backhoe, preferably with familiarity with Case equipment

• Experience operating mini excavators, bobcats, or similar compact excavation equipment

• Familiarity with working in Philadelphia or similar dense urban environments

• Strong awareness of underground utilities, including gas, electrical, water, and sewer lines

• Sewer repair, drain, or excavation experience preferred

• Underground plumbing experience required

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors year-round

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Leadership potential and interest in career growth are preferred
