Registered Nurse

In this role, you will provide person-centered nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and care planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor changes in condition, communicate with providers and families, and document accurately in the EMR. RNs will support CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe, dignified environment.
