CNC Saw Operator

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a CNC Saw Operator to join their team. As a CNC Saw Operator, you will be part of the Pre-Fabrication department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Saw Operator

Location: Lake Wales, FL

Pay Range: $23-$26 DOE

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

• Precisely cut material to be used in manufacturing
• Load raw materials into the CNC saw, start machine cycles, and monitor performance to ensure accurate cutting
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine required dimensions, tolerances, and sequences of operation
• Use precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to inspect finished parts against specifications
• Perform daily preventative maintenance, such as cleaning the machine, lubricating parts, and replacing worn blades

What's Needed?

• Mechanical skills and experience with CNC saws (3-5 years preferred)
• Proficiency in basic shop math (algebra/geometry)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
