What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienst
* Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient
* Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision
* Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service
* Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
* Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history
* Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process
* Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
* Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed
* Follow all government regulations and company standards
What You'll Need
* Current state Dental Hygienist license
* CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
