• 4x10 schedule -- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; 7 am - 5:30 pm or 8 am - 6:30 pm
• 18 patients per shift
• Primary care setting with mental health component
• 2 exam rooms available
• Primary care experience required -- all ages treated
• Comfortable with mental health component required
• Maternity/paternity leave coverage
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
