Production Specialist

Our client, a full line corrugated packaging organization, is seeking dedicated Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting machine operation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Specialist

Location: Honea Path, SC

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2nd shift 3p-11p, 3rd shift 11p-7a

What's the Job?

• Feed and operate machinery to support production processes
• Stack finished products and organize work area for efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the work environment
• Assist with general cleanup and material handling tasks
• Follow safety protocols and work at a steady pace to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and perform casual labor tasks
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Willingness to work in a physically active environment that is not climate controlled
• Steel toe footwear required for safety
• Availability to work Monday through Friday
