Stepdown Registered Nurse

Capstone Healthcare Staffing seeks a Stepdown Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients transitioning from ICU to lower-acuity settings. In this role, you will assess, monitor, and manage complex, yet stable, patients, interpret cardiac and vital-sign trends, administer medications, and respond promptly to clinical changes. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
