RN, Inpatient

Kaiser Permanente seeks an Inpatient RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a technology-forward environment. As part of a collaborative team, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and closely monitor patient status across varied acuity levels. You’ll leverage advanced EHR and clinical IT tools to document, coordinate, and optimize care. RNs actively participate in quality and safety initiatives, patient and family education, and interdisciplinary rounds while contributing to a supportive, learning-focused culture.
