The Role:
Location: Toledo, OH

Assignment duration: Start ASAP - 91-day assignment

Profession/Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology

License: Active OH license required

Shift Type: Days. Every other week: 7 on / 7 off. 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No scheduled call.

Type: Travel (Locum)

Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-Based

Patient Population: Adult

Average # of Patients Per Day: 20-25

Required Duties/Procedures: Consults, follow-up visits, scheduling and prep for endoscopy

EMR/Documentation: Epic

Trauma Level: Level 1

Call Coverage: No scheduled call; beeper/phone call with first call coverage during shift

Credentialing: Estimated timeframe TBD

Requirements: Board Certified (required), BLS (required), Minimum 2 years experience preferred
